ROAD SAFETY VIDEO
Brake's Road Safety Week 2011 was launched in the North West with a unique event at St Wilfrids School in Bootle, Liverpool.
With the support of our emergency services, Year 11 pupils presented a superb educational drama for their peers, raising awareness of the risks facing young drivers on the road.
The drama centred around a live rescue scene, in which emergency services demonstrated extracting young victims (played by St Wilfrid's pupils) from a serious road traffic collision.
Their efforts are captured in this video, which is presented here with our huge thanks to St Wilfrids, Merseyside Police, Fire and Rescue and Ambulance Service and Sefton Local Authority.
Could you make a video to encourage young people to drive safely? Enter our 30 Seconds to Save a Life competition - email your 30 second clip to us at roadsafetyweek@goodmanslaw.co.uk closing date is Sunday 18 December 2011.
