Pets at Home have announced a recall of the Cube Aquarium Light, sold exclusively by them as part of the Coopet 14 and 25 Litre Cube Aquarium, due to safety concerns about a fault.
The recall relates to lights bought between 29 April 2011 and 17 August 2011. As the fault is with an electric light, the risk is particularly heightened by the presence of water.
If you have purchased one of these products, first isolate the power supply at the mains, before removing the light from the tank.

Meanwhile, Asda are reporting that some of their Chosen by You Coronation Coleslaw has been mistakenly fitted with lids for Bacon and Potato Salad. This relates to products bearing the date code 29 September 2011. There is no information of any fault with the product itself, but as the packaging is wrong then so is any allergy advice contained on it. If you have bought this product it can be returned to the store for a full refund.
