Admitted Oct 1993 and has been at Goodmans since qualification.
I have extensive experience in all types of medical negligence claims. My Department has secured compensation awards from as little as a few thousand pounds up to £5 million pound settlement for a child who had negligently suffered cerebral palsy at birth.
I was the lead Solicitor in the Royal Liverpool Children's Litigation (Alder Hey Organ Retention) and in 2003 secured the largest mediated settlement with the National Health Service Litigation Authority.
I have a real passion for medical negligence work and have a fantastic team of lawyers working in my department all of whom share my work ethic and dedication to our clients.
