Goodmans Family Department prides itself on the standard and quality of the advocacy that it can offer to its clients. We have worked hard to gain an envied reputation amongst clients, our peers and the Judiciary.
With that in mind we are pleased to offer the full remit of advocacy services on an agency basis.
We are able to assist in any court by virtue of the Higher Rights of Audience conferred upon our Head of Advocacy Simon Heaney.
In addition we have such strength in depth that we are able to assist on any other family matter by utilising one of the other skilled members of our substantial team.
We are pleased to also offer lower level support should there be a need to sit behind counsel.
We undertake agency matters on a legal aid as well as privately paying basis. We are happy to discuss your requirements with you beforehand so that the most appropriate level of fee earner can be appointed to your matter.
