“My personal aim is to make sure that our injured clients feel looked after, supported, advised and satisfied that they have received the best possible legal service. In my mind that is measured by fulfilling every individuals best possible potential for rehabilitation so that they are the best they can be post accident and to ensure that they have the most appropriate equipment, adaptations, care package and income replacement. Only then, when I am satisfied that we have done everything possible and our client is happy with the outcome and the service levels provided, am I happy."
