Lynne Ainsworth is an Associate (high ranking senior) Solicitor specialising in medical negligence cases.
Lynne brings over 10 years post qualification experience in medical negligence. Her specialist experience includes Cerebral Palsy, brain damage, spinal and catastophic high value serious injury cases, fatal accident claims with multiple dependants, oncology and GP negligence cases.
Alongside her professional responsibilities, Lynne has an instrumental role in the training, development and supervision of other solicitors and caseworkers in the medical negligence department. She regularly reviews cases and provides professional input to ensure that every client benefits from the highest standards of service and expertise.
Professional Qualifications
Lynne graduated with honours in Law, going on to complete a Masters Degree in Health Care Ethics and Medical Law. She completed a post graduate qualification in law and vocational training, qualifying as a solicitor in 1999.
