Customer Service Manager
Clare Oakford makes sure that the highest standard of client care is upheld at Goodmans Law.
Clare manages the First Response Team whose job is to provide the vital first point of contact for clients, ensuring that excellent client care is established from day 1.
Clare has taken a leading role in growing the department, training and developing all customer service advisors and helping to make sure that service standards are understood and adhered to practice wide.
In carrying out her role, Clare draws on 15 years experience of working in customer service roles in legal practices.
Qualifications
Clare holds the National Examniation Business Studies Award in Management (NEBS)
