Road Traffic Accident Claims Specialist
Lyndsey Anderson is a Claims Negotiator specialising in Road Traffic Accident Claims, assisting clients from the outset of their case, through to negotiaton of settlement.
Lyndsey joined Goodmans Law as a Customer Service Advisor, working in the First Response Team for 3 years before being promoted to her current role.
The training and experience Lyndsey gained in her Customer Service role informs everything that she does as a Claims Negotiator. She is a "champion" of client care at Goodmans Law and participates in focus groups and other initiatives to help make sure our service is second to none.
Lyndsey has completed NVQ level 2 & 3 (advanced) in Customer Service and an NVQ in management team leading.
In 2008, Lyndsey won the Advanced Apprentice of the Year Award from the Learning and Skills Council in well deserved recognition of her hard work and achievements. Her award was presented by Alan Kennedy at an awards ceremony at Anfield Stadium.
Lyndsey was also a highly commended finalist of the Academy Ambassador Awards 2008 held at the Crown Plaza Hotel.
