Goodmans Law is one of the few firms in England and Wales to have been awarded the Legal Services Quality Mark for Clinical Negligence.
This is a specialist contract, subject to a national tender and audit process in which firms must demonstrate not only a high standard of competence but also a quality approach.
As a Quality Mark provider, Goodmans Law can offer public funding (formerly legal aid) for eligible clients.
Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL)
Accreditation by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers is an "independent kitemark" of competence and specialist expertise for personal injury solicitors.
It gives you assurance that the solicitor has achieved a specific level of expertise and is committed to high professional standards.

Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA)
Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) is the independent charity which promotes better patient safety and justice for people who have been affected by a medical accident.
AvMA is one of only two recognised "panels", or "approved lists", of solicitors who have been assessed as being specialists in Medical Negligence.
There is a stringent application process and only those able to demonstrate expertise at the very highest level are approved to join AvMA's panel.
Panel members have to reapply for accreditation every 5 years, demonstrating the required standard of legal expertise, medical knowledge and empathy with the feelings and needs of people who have been harmed by negligent treatment
